Byrdie's is a new Louisville, Kentucky restaurant by Chefs Jenner Tomaska and Katrina Bravo, nestled inside Hotel Genevieve. Byrdie's combines elegant French cuisine with soulful flavors of the American South. The design channels both the charm of the French 60's and Southern hospitality. Think Bardot charm, Yé Yé spirit, and bohemian ease—brought to life in vivid colors, offbeat layouts, and hand-drawn details. 

For this project, I developed a comprehensive branding system under Polonsky and Friend's creative direction, including logo design, menus, and collateral. Collaborating with illustrator Meghan Borah, I drew on the hand-drawn elements, asymmetrical layouts, and vivid colors to represent the 1960's French pop culture.
